CONSTITUTION, BYLAWS AND SOP
This organization has been formed for the purpose of promoting Equal Employment Opportunity for all minorities and women, unity of action in all matters affecting the mutual interest of all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) employees in general, and for the improvement of all working relationships. STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES
NHCFAE also adopted a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to operate its business. This SOP describes the roles and responsibilities for each National Hispanic Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NHCFAE) Regional/Center Chapter Board and its members. This SOP was developed specifically as a guide and is supplemental to the NHCFAE Constitution, Bylaws, and Member Guide. The Regional Center/Chapter Board Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), March 1, 2003. MEMBERSHIP
Any person who agrees with the objectives of the Coalition, and wishes to actively support them, may become a member.

Membership dues and private donations are used to fund Coalition activities. These activities include scholarship awards to members, non-members and qualifying non-FAA students, sponsoring a national training conference, and official participation in meetings on Hispanic issues.

1. Unzip the NHCFAE_e-Mail_Newsletter.zip file.
2. Cut this file and paste it into the following folder.
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery
3. On the New Mail menu, click Select Stationery.
4. Select the NHCFAE_e-Mail_Newsletter.htm file.
